Price Check Any idea what I should sell this push mower for?

Hi
I'm trying to sell this Simplicity mower for my neighbor. It has a electric start and is self propelled with a 4 hp Briggs engine. I can not find any information on this mower and no model number is listed anywhere. It starts right up but the self propulsion belt needs adjusted and electric start doesn't work. Any info you could provide would be great.

Ok thanks for your advice. I appreciate it and your probably right. I have it listed on craigslist for 175 and no hits yet.
