I bought a new mower to me, I'm going over it one end to the other greasing fixing changing you name it.. Kubota 326.. There are 4 Alimites (if spelling right) that I put the grease to them and will it will not go in. Comes out around the fittings. I take them off go get new ones.. Now 2 work fine. The other 2 on the mower deck right at the belt pulley STILL comes out. The grease will not go in
I have them real tight but still comes out..

Somebody give me a lesson on this>

In the Northwest, we call them Zerks. Try tightening the hydraulic connector on your grease gun, if that doesn't help, then pull out the two zerks that aren't accepting grease and fish around the hole with a small nail or other pokey thing to create a void to get it started. Probably dried and crudded up. Maybe a little heat, heat gun preferably, but hair dryer or propane torch (very carefully) may work.

Grease Zerk's can get stopped up, while you have them off & poking around, spray some PB Blaster or other penetrating oil into the fitting... there is actually a Grease Zerk clearing tool that you fill with penetrating oil, then with it attached to the zerk, you smack it with a hammer to force penetrating oil into the set up grease... works great... :smile:KennyV

I got 10 of them and they would not go in.. I put a tap on it and got it both sides to go.
I did take a hard wire poke around, it made a clear smooth poke the the bottom.. I twisted anyway.
Ok I now have the new ZEKES in. I never heard of that name.. Here in the Hills of Tenn I had a old coon hound named Zeke growing up. I was about 8 or 9 Good o dog hed go back in the woods with me, if it got lost and did most of the time... Id just follow him.. My ugly sister had to jack him off to keep him from going off... omygoodness. more than you wanted to know I guess...

Anyway I got them zekes in and I put that grease gun on it and grease went RIGHT IN both of them
