I have a allis B-212 that my daughter and I are going to rebuild. But I dont really Know who to get in touch with, for engine parts or kits. And does anybody make gas tanks for these tractors?

Simplicity made a lot of the A-C mowers.
Came down the same line at the factory.

For Engine parts try Tulsa Engine Warehouse. TulsaEngineWarehouse.com - How To Guide: Repowering With A New Engine
They have or able to get lots of Briggs, etc engine parts. Gas tanks too. Though those Briggs tanks are Very pricey ! Ebay would be another source. I've bought several (Briggs gas tanks) on ebay at different times.
