90s? MTD 1183AC - Looking for Parts / Manuals?

Hello! I picked up one of these in great shape. Never had a riding mower before. Everything but the lights works on it. Apparently the real model number is on the seat which has been replaced. Powered by a tecumseh engine.

The only identifying model / part number I can find is 1183 AC. As far as I can tell A and C are two very different things so not sure how it can be both.

I definitely need a set of belts for it. These ones are very tired. Dryrotted and the belt to the transmission has a few chunks missing.
 
Supply us with pictures of the unit and engine. Guys on this site sometime pull a rabbit out of a hat. Also include all engine numbers, might be able to come in the back door.
 
Try looking on the bottom of the seat for the model number. It is a MTD 600 series so 13AM660F131 would be a close match but not an exact match.

Unfortunately the seat has been replaced so no model number. I find that such a weird place to put the model...
 
Did you ever figure it out. I have a mower that looks similar and am also having issues identifying it. Under the seat all it says is 1183A AC
