80s Toro rear bagger, carb help?

I have an old 80s Toro rear bagging mower model 205860. I pulled the carb to clean it and I cannot for the life of me remember how the throttle link connects to the throttle cable mechanism and the carb! I looked up the parts diagram and that wasn't a lot of help.

Anyone familiar?

Great recommendation I'm gonna take a deeper look at this video after work but I didn't try to hook the throttle link to the governer. I knew it would be something silly
 
Thanks guys I got it back together it's obvious once it's back in one piece. Unfortunately she didn't run pulled the carb and it sounds like the emulsion tube is stuck.
