802 volt Scag Turf Tiger Zero Turn

I have a 61” Scag mower that is being converted to all electric. It is getting a massive 31.2 kWh battery that will be 802 volts when fully charged. I spent most of my career as an industrial maintenance technician. This conversion pays tribute to my career by using a vid and a 10hp 3 phase motor running on 480 volts at 63 Hz. These two items can be found in any factory and have not been modified.
The battery consists of 2 complete battery packs from the Chrysler Pacifica phev. These packs in the original vans allowed for 32 miles all electric.
My choice of materials did not follow picking the best motor available, but the one that reminds me of my past work life.
The hydraulic motors were in the way of the battery pack, so I pushed them outward and now completely reside inside the wheels. While I was doing this I decided to remake the center flanges for the wheels.
The hydro gear pumps were also in the way so they are moving upward 16” and the battery will be below them
 
Talk about turf compaction time. Going to be a heavy mower when you get done.Probably look like a tank has mowed your yard LOL.

It’s calculated to be 400 lbs heavier with out figuring in all the parts that will be made out of aluminum. I’m guessing it will be up 200lbs when done
