721D power-fold control box won't tilt up

The control box that needs to tilt up is stuck. I can't tilt it up to activate the switch to raise the deck.It's as if the back of the piston'spacers an control box are wedged. Anybody run into this before?

Spray Liquid Wrench penetrating or lubricating oil on hinges.

Found the problem A wire got pinched under the control you raise to control toggle-switch to raise deck. This blew the 40 amp fuse in the rear fuse box. Changed the fuse ,alittle rewiring good as new.
