I have a 718D grasshopper that continues to overheat, you can start the mower and idle it forever and it will never overheat but if I start to mow with it the temperature will begin to climb and within 20 minutes it's overheated. I have replaced the radiator, thermostat, hoses and I check the coolant regularly. The engine is an 18hp D600 kubota diesel. It's never leaked any coolant out of it and there are no signs of water in the oil or oil in the water. I've done a lot of work to this mower thinking a new radiator would fix the problem but had no luck. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
