i have 42571x8a murray riding mower.i have put new motion drive belt and it will start up but, when i release brake pedal,it just shutoff. 42 inch widebody 17hp murray
 
Most likely cause is the seat switch, or the circuit associated with the seat switch. Did it work before replacing the drive belt.
 
i have replace all three limit switches and it did work.thank you for the advice.i need know what grade of oil i need put in riding mower.how many quart it take,when i drain it?
