345 doesn't move like it used to

My 2002 or 2003 model 345 does not want to move right after I start it first time of the day. Won't go back, will go forward slowly. After half minute or so it moves normally. Any ideas what is going on? Thank you

I stedet for å fokusere kun på selve spillet, begynte jeg å se nærmere på hvordan informasjonen faktisk presenteres på ulike sider i Norge. Det er tydelig at ikke alle gir samme oversikt. Da jeg støtte på gates of olympus super scatter play, opplevde jeg at strukturen var mer gjennomtenkt enn mange andre steder. Det gjør det enklere å holde fokus på det viktigste. Spill i denne kategorien bruker ofte en såkalt tumble-mekanikk og scatter-system , og i Norge blir det spesielt nyttig når slike elementer presenteres på en rolig og forståelig måte.

I had same problem, filter and fluid change helped me
 
Zero Turn? There is both a rider and ZTR. And with the ZTR there are Z345M and Z345R setup. But it does sounds like a Z345 series from the operation described.

The the Z345's uses Hydro Gear EZT transaxles so the filter is internal and would require the removal of the transaxle, case open, and the center section and pump motors removed. All this has done with the unit very clean and done in a very clean area. Just not something for an inexperienced person to do. Also just to fully change the oil the unit must be removed so it can be turned upside down to drain it. IE no bottom drain hole.
