I am still having problems with my 321d. It just shut off while I was mowing (it is intermittent). The mower restarted right away. Then while I was mowing you could hear the clutch cycling. I think it is an electrical issue. I am going to try and bypass the safety switch on the seat to see if this is the problem (if it is I will replace the switch). The clutch and pto switch are relatively new. I am looking for any information or opinions of what could be going on.

Sure sound like a electric wire problem. Check all your wiring harnesses for loose connections, any bare wires shorting out or pinched wires. Check all your safety switches for loose connections to them.

I will definitely look at those connections. I havent found any wires that are frayed or pinched yet. Thanks for your reply
