318 Hitch plate

This hitch plate thingie is weird. Cant find it in JD parts. Is this part of a 3 pt hitch? Is this after market?

I am thinking more fabricobble. But could of also been part of a rear bagger attachment

That is OEM. It is where the bagger hopper frame attached back in the day. It was designed for quick removal of the bagger system while still leaving your hitch usable for a cart.
