I too have one of the old fashioned oil spouts. I'm also old enough that it was how you opened cans of oil when I started working on cars; a couple of years before I started driving.

I can remember when stations got oil from a bulk tank and pumped it into a glass quart jar with a metal spout. Like this one.

I too remember 'Bulk Oil", that was back in the straight 30 wt oil days...

I think the gum drops look better in it.... :smile:KennyV

This was back in the days when you bought gas the service station would check your oil and clean your windshield. Newer cars of today don't use oil in between oil changes any more and just not a need to check oil with every tank full of gas.
