Sounds like a good fit to me.
The only additional things I will mention is to use non-Ethanol fuel if it available or use a good mid-grade gasoline with a fuel stabilizer like Ethanol shield. Do not use the cheapest budget fuel you can find, it will cause nothing but problems in the long term.
If it has to sit for a period of time, make sure the tank is kept full to avoid evaporation sweat from collecting humidity in the air.
Of course, follow the oil change recommendations and plan on getting a battery tender/maintainer so the battery is kept at its peak condition. Mower batteries lose power and sulfate internally if left sitting without a maintainer. Most mower batteries only have a 6-month warranty but keeping them maintained is the key to a much longer battery life.
