2022 Kubota T2290 Drive Belt Replacement

I have taken this apart for the 6th time. There is no visible wear on the pulleys or the belt. Everything looks good. I have ordered the sleeve K1025-26330. Kubota calls it a Tension Boss. I also bought all new hardware. I'm at a loss as to what is causing the squeal. Hopefully the new sleeve will solve the mystery.
I can tell you what you have to take apart to do it when you are ready. Trust me I'm a pro by now.

Had something similar with my Toro mower. Belt slipping and some cracking on the edge. I know it's time. Looking for a durable drive belt now. Really don't want to go for the cheap Amazon one. Bought a spindle pulley off there but started making noise after maybe three or four cuts. Ended up pulling it off and tossing it. Total waste of money and time. Has any friend here tried Friday parts? Any parts. They have many belts for mowers. Did it work well? Any help would be appreciated.
Final Update:
After trying to find out where the squealing was coming from 6 times, I final gave up and took it to my local Kubota dealer. I picked the mower up and they said the rear idler pulley was bad and the belt bracket needed adjusting. $404 later.
I replaced all 3 pulleys when I attempted to do the job myself. So are Kubota parts defective right out of the box? The dealer also said that there has been revisions to the factory workshop manual that has the information in it now how to replace the drive belt that includes torque specs. The copy I have does not. I still have a case pending with Kubota Corporate. I am trying to get them to pay for the service since this is a known problem with this model. Kubota says it would be up to the dealer to reimbursed me for the repairs. The dealer said they have to meet with the factory rep to see if Kubota will pay them for the repairs. Kubota knows this was a design defect and won't admit it. Either way the mower is going up for sale.

I just went in to my local Kubota dealer to enquire about the repair manual,after unfortunately reading about your experience.They didn't have one for me to look thru,said 3 weeks and 115 dollars,ouch! I passed and I am going to another town,farther away where I originally bought my tractor.Im going to ask to see the one their techs use and ask questions to my salesman and tech person.I love my tractor and how it is a joy to use.What tractor are you thinking of Sivicman?I had previously went into a JD Dealer and told the salesman I wanted to purchase a tractor and a aluminum trailer,the two salesman said they both were going to lunch!!You'll have to come back!!10 grand apparently didn't mean much!I should have went up the chain of command ,instead I left.I don't know if JD has a better system or not!My antique 1969 Cub Cadet has a 2 belt ,bullet proof system,This has become and interesting post,frustrating in that a large Corporation would allow such an engineering complex on a mower.I have my belt guards off on both my tractors,to keep clippings from building up.I also use a digital temp gun after use,on the hubs and rear end after use ,to keep on top of my equipment. I know,over the top,but I learned that being a semi driver!I'm cringing to start over and ask the wife for the check book!!!!

I am going to be taking delivery of a JD X390 w/54" deck soon. They ordered it from the factory and is scheduled to ship any day now. The local JD dealer wouldn't give me the time of day when I went to look at them. I went to a dealer in Florida, and the sales manager was extremely accommodating and said we will order you one fresh from the factory if you want.
I am shocked also how Kubota has handled this complaint. A big company that has always had a great reputation, and basically says it sucks to be you. I am done with Kubota. Are you ready for this? I told the salesman at JD dealer what has been going on with my Kubota and that they wanted $1,520 to change out 3 pulleys and a belt. He said lets go back to the service dept. and see how much it costs to replace a drive belt on a X390. Service dept guy said $265 @ $110 an hour labor rate.
