I have a turf tiger 2 with a Kawasaki fd851 will not turn over with key but will if you cross over starter, which I have no spark. So I started tracing wiring all fuses and relays are good Iam get power to everything including ecu but not getting power to come out of the ecu. Has anyone had this issue?
