Hi am having a weird issue with my push mower. I have a Husqvarna HU 775BBC. The model number on the engine is 111P02-0003-F1. Today I went to start the mower and it sounded like it was not at full throttle even though I had it set a full throttle. I can hear the RPM's fluttering. I checked to make sure the spring it still in place by the Carb for the throttle and it still is. If I play with the throttle manually at the carb the RMP's do increase.
The spring is almost fully compressed that should allow the throttle to open. The throttle is not opening fully when the engine is running. When looking over the throttle setup I see it ends at the back of the block opposite side from the head. I am not sure where it attaches back there if I need to adjust it.
Least I know it is not a choke or fueling issue. I am just not sure how to fix this throttle issue.
