2010 LA125 purchase?

I have a residential lot that is a little less than 1 acre. Some dips and bumps but mostly flat.
The local JD dealer was selling a 2010 LA 125 model, with 137 hours on it. Being sold on consignment which I have the seller at $800.

Any thoughts on the LA 125? Was this a big box model or a JD dealer only model?
