1642 snapper will not start

My 1642 will not start ,I have checked the spark plugs ,gas,it will turn over but will not fire,I can't find the fuse or brake switch. Help please.
 
Cranking of the engine normally eliminates fuses and safety switches. You need to focus on actually checking for spark. and making sure you have fresh fuel. A little water in the carb can go a long ways.

Also if you have a fuel solenoid on the carb, make sure it clicks when you turn on the key.
