14pb with Kawasaki 5.0 engine starts then dies

Hi, my mower starts for about a second then stops right away. The gas line is flowing well but I don't know what else to check. The code on engine sticker is fc150v-es00 if that helps?

I just got a carb trouble shooting flow chart. Lets try it out. It answers this question this way:
Won't Stay Running
Float Level
Fuel Filter, Restricted
Fuel Delivery Volume, Low
Kinked Fuel Line
Debris in Carburetor
