I have a Husqvarna 125B blower that has no spark. Changed coil and checked kill switch.

Unhook kill wire from coil and secure out of the way. Put cover back on and test for spark again. If you have spark then there is a bare spot in kill wire that is grounding out. If not then you have a bad switch or a defective coil or if your using the plug to test it may be bad.

Removing the kill wire from the coil will bypass your kill switch. So if you still have no spark it has to be the coil or like mentioned above a bad test plug. If coil was installed correctly with a proper air gap and magnets are secure to the flywheel then you should have spark unless it a faulty coil. If you have spark without the kill wire attached and no spark when hooked up then you have a bad swtch or wire is grounding out. The switch basically completes a ground circuit to the coil to kill the spark.
