Old Iron Horse LB Found Me

Needs wheels, and some TLC. Not sure if I'm selling as-is.. Or getting it up and going (which won't be for a while now) and selling.. Or getting it up and going and keeping? IDK yet.

Old Iron Horse LB Found Me

I wasn't going to bring anymore Lawn-Boys home, I said that to myself. I meant it too. Yet... here I am, with my 1st Iron Horse. It's not a runner, and it's been hanging out a long time. It's not frozen though! IDK what I'm gonna do with it yet. It's pretty neat though. Guessing it's an early...

    LB 680543 4.0 F - Looking for carb gaskets & crank seal

Hi, I'm hitting up the normal sites looking for new parts for a 680543 (SN L015C0310) but I'm not finding what I'm looking for on this model carb-wise at least for sure. When I search it shows a carb and/or motor for 680529. Is this the same? I'm looking for carb gaskets for both sides of the...

Is this Toro GTS a 2-stroke?

Don't have either. It was listed with just the 1 pic and said it hadn't run in years. FREE. I really wanted it. Then after hearing one run in the video, I wanted it more. Sounds a bit like an F. Maybe even an F & Duraforce cross, just not quite the Duraforce burble. That's pretty cool. Well...

Is this Toro GTS a 2-stroke?

To answer my own question - It is/was. Suzuki 2-cycle, alum deck. Someone scored a nice mower. Found a vid of one like it.

Is this Toro GTS a 2-stroke?

This popped up today while I was at work (of course) so I couldn't go grab it, but does this look like a 2-stroke model?

    JCPENNEY lawnmower

I picked up this one a few summers back. It was some old guy's thrown together attempt. He had passed away and a family member was selling it. It doesn't quite work as-is. Motor works fine though. Just not so well with the offset deck and RWD. Trans issues. It's pretty much a parts rig now.

    What model might this be?

    Any ideas?

    Picked up another LB

ISO/WTB: Mulch plate for a 19" deck. I installed one from a 21" I dug out of a bin, but for whatever reason it doesn't fully close off the side discharge opening, assuming there's differences in decks. My mulch plate on my 10401 (which says 19" on it) closes it's opening off perfectly. Need one...

    Picked up another LB

An 80's F 19-in pusher popped up (5253), and I was the first to call on it.. and it was close by even. IDK what I'm gonna do with it yet (either keep or sell to buddy possibly), but this is the most recent running member of my LB collection, and now my oldest model. Not yet cleaned up in these...

Anyone happen to have a file pic/ad pic of a 10401?

First few things I notice about that one; * Filter cover may be from an older F I'm guessing * I'm also guessing that mulch plate is aftermarket? * That rope setup is minus an eyelet on the handle like mine. I wonder which way they came. Not that it matters, just curious. My 10401 for reference.

    Is it Duraforce season yet??

Or F-series season?? Ugh... No, not yet. Today I had the sound of one of my Duraforce LBs in my head for some reason. Evidently I must miss the melodious rhythm of it as it gnaws thru heavy grass & weeds. It's been months and months. I definitely prefer the summer small engines vs the winter...

Anyone happen to have a file pic/ad pic of a 10401?

Image search isn't coming through for me. Looking for a white or transparent background/new model type file pic similar to this 10550 example - Anyone happen to have such a pic? Whatever size.

    No Riders

Here-n-there LMF reader, finally decided to jump in. I don't currently have anything cool like a rider, just a rotating list of walk-behind mowers while I obtain/fix/clean/sell as some weird 'hobby'. A couple/few are permanent residents though.. A pair of 90's 2-cycle Lawn-Boys: A little '96...
