    poulan pro will not move

    i have a poulan pro riding mower model 279370 about 6yrs old,it willnot move. i replaced the ground drive belt,tension spring feels strong but belt feels loose and mower still will not move. iput blocks under the rear and tires will turn but i can stop them with my hand. any suggestions?
