Seems these Chinese carbs are back ordered until later in June. So I managed to clean the jet port and the carb ports. Also made a throttle linkage from an old clothes hanger. And it ran fine. Thanks for your help.

I will probably just buy a new carb, as not having any luck clearing a hole. I don't think the throttle linkage and spring were ever on this mower. I don't remember ever seeing them, but mower worked. It seemed to run too fast. I kept trying to adjust governor, which never seemed to change...

Do you think the hole in the idle jet is from the top or from the bottom ? I found a very thin wire, but both ends seemed blocked. I will try to get better pictures in the daylight later today. But the top of the metal bar (governor?) has two holes in it. Nothing is connected to those...
