I have a 2019 Radius E. The Belt from the engone to the deck broke. Did not wear out, it broke. And, when it broke, it tore a plastic cooling fan attached to one of the pulleys, off. Is this covered under the warranty?

I have a 2019 Exmark, with the Exmark Engine. It is the middle one, not the Quest or the Lazer Z. It ran out of gas. Filled with gas, and it will not start. Getting spark, I checked the fuel filter, and it is clean, but fuiel will not flow from the tank. I blew back into the line to the tank...
