Check the parts I circled in red and make sure they are all straight and not bent. I have seen them bent way more than once.

Looks like your spring came off. Circled in red.

Your spindle placement is what puts the blade where it is. Move spindle and blade moves. 4 bolts hold spindle in place. Loosen bolts and move spindle towards front of deck and check clearances. It looks like you have 2 bolts missing. Circled in picture. You need to find out why they are missing.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Hydro's have a bypass valve not a neutral. When you pull the bypass valve it opens a valve that allows oil to bypass and allows freer wheel movement. Has anyone thought to block these fools from getting to the server by ip address range. It will be very easy to do if this forum software allows it. Im sure it does. Lets say they come in on ip address 10.10.10.23. Then block the range of 10.10.0.1 to 10.10.254.254. Korea in not that big.

It is either the parts in the picture. You can test them by removing belts and spinning looking for any movement at all. Or its the clutch. Are you sure it in the correct position as in far enough up and or down. The belts should be level. Not uphill or downhill.

If you are talking about this . They are a real pain to install. I use a bent flat head screw driver when new and lots of yelling and a bent screw driver when used.

The float and needle valve are inside of the bowl I circled in red. You need to take that part off and clean. The main jets are in there too. They also need to be cleaned.
