I'm baffled, why do you want to perform a multiple flush such a small amount of fluid? Seems to me that and empty with a lengthy drain out, then one flush would suffice.

I think these are sealed light grease filled gear boxes, not hydrostatic. There is fluid check that I am aware of.

This is a battery conductance tester and does not load the battery like the old-style toaster grid designs. They are more accurate. Midtronics brand is the best on the market for this style tester. The ATD-5494 is a good one also, at a fraction of the cost.

I am only aware of universal cutter head adapter kits that will let you change the thread pitch design.

That is blocked carburetor air bleed passages. Air has to balance in the carburetor as fuel is being drawn in. If it does not, surging occurs. make sure the air cleaner to carburetor gasket is in the correct position, it has a carburetor hole it has to line up with.

Don't overlook the governor lever tension springs they are what keep the governor form blindly commanding wide open throttle. The governor flyweights center push pin constantly put tension on the springs when the engine is running.

Is your basic throttle cable set correctly in the holder bracket? these have to be adjusted as well. Do not mess with the governor.
