There is another option. You could mount two smaller tanks. The two return lines would need to be plumbed into the top of separate tanks. The bottom exit of both tanks will need to be into a single line that goes to the filter.

You could have one made at your local hydraulic shop. The shop could fabricate one from a metal tank or from other piece of equipment.

The easiest way to install a spring is to loop a piece of rope or nylon cord on one end of the spring and pull it over the stud.

The hole in the pulley plate and the bolt near the centerline should be the spring mounting points.

If you need a clutch, Ox Clutches and Xtreme Clutches will be cheaper than the Ogura made OEM.

Extra attention needs to be taken when mounting blades to those spindles.

Test the connections before you order a clutch. You want to confirm that there are no loose connections, broken, or places the wiring is chuffed and grounding out. You can test the clutch independently using a 12 volt battery.

Check the connection where the clutch pigtail connects to the harness. Those clutches are pricey.

I once owned a MX5060. It had the Loncin made 708cc engine. The deck adjustment/hanger system was one of it's weaknesses. It had only two adjustment points. One up front and one on the side. I could never get it perfect. It was always slightly higher on one side.

I did 27 blades on Friday. The Norton 40 grit gave out before I could finish. I happened to have a new Bauer 40 grit from Harbor Freight and finished up. The Bauer seems to be fine and cheaper too.

I use 40 grit flapper discs. I'm not to picky on the brand. I prefer the 40 grit because they get the job done faster without heating the steel up too much.
