No - it does not move. Sorry for the embarrassing post above on the linkage - I am 80 and have been working on this tractor too long. I have rebuilt the deck. I replaced all the drive belt pulleys and belts. The drive belt movement seems fine with the engine running with the brake on...

Well, this MAY be why my Husky YTA22V46 will not move. I found this loose rear bar linkage hanging down on the right rear side behind the tire when I examined the rear drive pedal linkage - see below photo. I can not find ANY location where this linkage was attached to - none. I am hoping...
