What should be the running RPM's on the above Briggs motor please. It's on a Toro 21564 mower 2025 model. Thank you for your answer.

Briggs official dealer site shows 3,000 +\- 100 rpm no load

If you are cutting the grass, you need to cut at wide open throttle ( maximum RPMs).

Low idle speed is 1,750 rpm.
