Yes fuse checked seat switch checked pto checked turn Ing. on run hot wire to to coil and starts right up.The diagram shows a dash marked box around the interlock module, that usually means there is more wiring to this interlock module than the diagram shows.
Has the 15A fuse been checked?
Do you have a basic test light and a multimeter?
Would it be ignition switch?Sounds like we were lead on a wild goose chase. Now sounds like the OP meant the carburetor fuel solenoid and not the starter solenoid. The starter is mounted on the starter. Two completely different circuits.
