The diagram shows a dash marked box around the interlock module, that usually means there is more wiring to this interlock module than the diagram shows.
Has the 15A fuse been checked?
Do you have a basic test light and a multimeter?

The OP said no power to the starter not a starting up and running problem. Seat switch powers the ignition coils and fuel solenoid via relays.

Do all safety switches activate the starter solenoid and where is the 15A FUSE?
