CV4918. I did not remove carb from motor but cleaned all ports and bowl during process.

I have a JD L110 with a Kohler Command 17.5 hp engine. The mower only seems to run a little over 1/2 throttle. If I turn the throttle to slow the motor dies. I cleaned carb, blew air through lines, checked the in line filter, filled tank with gas but no change in performance. Worked fine the...
