For your information, a 6 foot deck travelling at 4 MPH will cover 2.88 acres at full efficiency. That is brisk walking speed.

I have found, on recommendation, that antifreeze works quite well as a sealant. For tubeless tires it washes out easily when repairing them.

Put a puffer seat on the Gravely. Likely cheaper than trading.

They are more fun.

Since I own my own mower, Grasshopper, I keep stop and go and turning smooth, to save on the drive and driveline parts.

There are a lot of good mowers. Grasshopper, Exmark, Ferris etc.

I just use a free standing grinder with a 10 in. wheel and 2 HP. motor. Hand hold the blade and less than a minute per blade. Don't over think this. It is not a chefs knife.

It is simple enough. Spindle ---fiber washer----blade----fiber washer------steel washer-----bolt.

I would think you only need a fuel treatment for long term storage, such as overwinter. Other than that why feed the mechanic in a can..
