    So... I pulled it apart and this is what I found. Anyone else see a problem here... Haha! The person that owned this previously used a part to hold a window open on a hatchback (or something) this explains the arm pushing forward. Hope this helps someone else.

    I have the same problem with my left handle, did you find a solution? I'm going to wrench on mine tomorrow, if I can't fix it I will replace the damper which was suggested by another use. The new part # is 131-4132 which replaces 103-2913 Damper control motion. I have a Toro z4235.
