My mower is an older Honda (HR173). I succeeded in getting the mower blade off. Guess that Blaster stuff finally worked. Now I need to unfreeze the brake lever. I've sprayed it with Blaster, but if I need to take it off, I can't see how to do it without taking the whole mower apart. Any...

HELP!! I can't get the bolt loose that's holding my blade on. It's an older Honda. I've tried everything I can think of, including buying that Blaster stuff. Have applied it several times without success. Any ideas????
