Yes, I disconnected all and sprayed electrical cleaner and put die-electric grease in female ends. The only connector that came loose while shaking wires was the mower clutch connector. I put a tie-wrap around it.

Yes, I removed the tank and washed it out with some old gas I had, then blew it out. I have no idea what type of gas can the owners are using.
