Might be a dumb question but would a granulated weed killer/preventer be more efficient than a liquid weed killer/preventer throughout a rock landscaping?

Does anyone know where I can buy a catalog with colors/types of rock, brick, boulders, and other landscape ornaments? Something I can present to the customer at a bid so they can actually pick out the material they want instead of having to go to a supply store to see it?
