How many members here have ever used a drum mower? They use low HP to cut tall grass/weeds/fields. It can cut hip high grass/weeds easily at 10 mph. I cut 5 acres of hip high grass at about 10 mph in just over 2 hours. I'm very happy with this drum mower.

Welcome codered, I read that you interested in mowers, are you talking about push mowers or riding mowers? Can you post any pictures of some of the mowers you like? I like Gravely, Yard-Man GTs and others. All are cool to me but I do have some favorites.gfp55

Yes sir, You use the same hydro lift that lifts all the attachment. It hooks to the hydro rockshaft so you can lift it up and down, float or power down. There is a handle on the right hand side that works the left, right and straight angles of the blade.
