I have a 2018 Exmark Quest that will not start. It turns over but no start. Has sat up for about 8 mths. Cleaned out carb and put gas in still no start. Can spray a shot of starting fluid and it will run for a sec. then die. So spark is good. Where to go next ?

I have a Jacobsen Eclipse 322 that keeps giving me a steering fault of 7233. Wheel angle and cam center sensor. What should i be looking for ?
