I can't seem to get my business partner to get on the road before 9am. Drives me nuts because I'm gone by 6:30 on the first job at 7. Anyone else deal with this? What do you do?

Just putting up some random pics we take while we're out in the field.

Ones anyone use a formula for figuring out yard cuts? Say 36894 sq ft yard, or do you just look at it and figure a number? We are the latter, but we are trying to build a pricing schedule that takes away the guess work.

Mowers are lubed and tuned, blades are sharp, everything is clean and shiny. Just ordered new brochures and going to order my EDDM mail pieces tomorrow. Can't wait till spring!

Still working on clean up. I've had no power for 3 days. Some of our clients have 4-6" of ice. Breaking it up with axes and ice chippers!

Spread 2.5 yds of salt today, winter is on its way quick! Get another load tomorrow to get ready for a potential nor' easter coming Tuesday thru Thursday!

The necessary evil...called...Insurance... Just renewed/reworked our insurance for the trucks, equipment and general liability, $3200 for the year... Ouch! Ohh well gotta have it.

I currently have two Ferris zero turns. One is a is500 with a 52" deck, the other is an is2000 with a 61" deck. We are looking at other manufactures, Bobcat, Toro, and as of tonight Exmark. Anyone have any input on these 3? We need a good striping mower. My Bobcat classic wb lays great stripes...
