My father in law is looking at these three models. Naturally he is attracted to green paint, but after looking around it appears for the money the ferris is600z has more to offer. He will be mowing roughly 1.5acres. Anyone have any input on these models?

Bar tires would help. You would have to pay attention when you turn around. Honestly when I switch to bar tires on my grasshopper, I tore up the lawn less because the tires dont skid near as much.
