Hi all new member and need help. I have an early Briggs and Stratton 6hp?. The motor is red and pull start cover is white. It has the carby that is below inlet so motor has to suck up fuel. The Carby is brand new and motor has 75psi. I have lapped valve's but will not start, unless I use starter...
