    Thanks for everyone's replies. Issue has been resolved. The withdrawal collar was seized on the clutch shaft. Freed it up, cleaned and lubricated and all is working as should.

    Whos arguing mate? Already been taken apart and put back and still the same. No broken plates, no warping and no foreign objects.

    I think the withdrawal collar may be sticking. I assume it should move freely on the clutch shaft?

    Clutch handle operating fine and wires are oiled and moving freely inside their outer cables.
