Took carburetor off to take picture of model number, noticed that when doing so the upper bolt on the carburetor was loose, could this be causing the problem of engine quitting after 15 minutes, will have to test drive after putting it back on with blade running and blade not running.

Check to see if any part of your frame is cracked, I had a husquavarna 38 inch riding lawn tractor that was eating the belts, 3 different belts, found out the frame had cracked, had to replace the whole frame, from then on it was ok.
