33"Snapper rear engine won't move

I have a 33"rear engine snapper that will not move at all,Clutch disc fine,cable is not broken and working fine.And before I go tearing everything apart I need to know what to look for.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much...:confused2:
 
Snapper does have a web site and they may be able to help. You will probably need model and serial numbers. You can get manuals etc.
I'm not sure about shear pins or anything like that.
