18.5 Intek Briggs, 42in hydro

I got this not running. The PO pulled all pins out of the connector going the key switch. I'm unsure where the blue, double black wire and double black goes. Pins G, M, and B are still empty.

I tried using the wiring schematic form this model but colored wires dont match up. pr18542stc

it looks like the diagram is ayp.. it will fix your problem..

I have the color code and where all the wires go leading from the starter key switch, to the connector.. and the wires coming from the engine to the back side of the connector.. the diagram is at my shop.. will be there tomorrow after 1:00pm.. customer coming to pick up his craftsman.. what what size is your engine.. feel free to call me at 1 832-329-2778..

Got this running but it will stay running when the parking brake is on. When I release the parking brake and clutch pedal the mower dies. I guess thats bad clutch pedal switch. It will start with the key in park. Found a fuse that came out in 2 pieces. The guy said he thought the fuel solonoid was bad. Also the battery is bad as it will only start with a 740 amp jumper start box.
