Model 130292 will not run unless fully choked

If you're choking it to make it run, it's starving for fuel , you still have a fuel problem with the carb or fuel pump diaphram

Hi Bertrrr, I do realize that and have been very careful to do it right with the install. Even replaced the diaphram, just doesn't make sense!

No. Order a new aftermarket carburetor off eBay.
I’ve had good experience with them.
I believe you know how to correctly connect the linkage and it’ll run great

OK , Andrew, I'll chase one down -- they sell em from Aliexpress in China for cheap! First I'll have another look at it, pull it off and make certain it's sealing where it should ! Thank you heaps Mike

I just order them from eBay or Amazon.
They usually arrive 2-4 days and then I can send it out.

use some flammable carb cleaner, Berryman's B12, or propane around the intake manifold first to look for vacuum leaks.

disconnect the fuel hose from the carb and see how fast fuel flows into a metal or glass container.

If you get a good flow then the only thing left is the carb in which case since rebuilding it failed, here is a new OEM one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001768ULM?lv=shuf&channelId=500&plpRedirect=mhFallback

Understand now Mate! I wish you good luck in your hopeful success. My experience has not gone so well. Apparently the check balls get stuck and the carburetor will not work correctly

I’d just order an aftermarket replacement, connect everything back up correctly, and call it a day.
Best wishes on the sale. Just sold one of my homes last month and definitely understand the limits of time.
