I've asked him already. It's starting to smell like a generalized complaint on a specific brand. If you know what I mean.

We're still waiting for before and after pictures of the underside of the deck.
Side, front, and rear view pictures of the actual mower as well.
That's a minimum of 5 pictures.

Is there a discharge opening on the right side of the deck?
I have a Wright Stander that has no opening on either side, but
has a removal section of under deck baffle, that when removed
exposes the chute and allows for a right hand discharge, I keep it removed
until I want to mulch.
