No fuel pump output

Ok, just checking. Check the pulse line, maybe there's a crack. If you take the fuel line off the carb, and crank the engine, what happens?
Iv got the line to the carb taken off to see if I’m getting anything and I’m not. I put on an after market carb so I’m not sure if I need to sue an oem one maybe? The one that came on it I think is oem isn’t doing anything either tho
 
Try this old timers trick. Remove fuel inlet line from the pump. Put it into a glass jar and blow into the tank as hard as you can. Can use an air nozzle if you have one available. You should see a steady stream of fuel into the jar. If you do, replace line and remove fuel line from the carb. Again, you should see fuel. If you see fuel during both tests, you have a pump problem. Either bad pump or pulse line leaking.
 
Have you checked the pulse line? It's the small line that is on the bottom of the fuel pump and plugs into the Valve cover.
If the pulse line is in good shape, move on the the fuel line in the tank and fuel tank.
There will be a grommet on the tank where the fuel line enters. You will need a new grommet. Remove the old grommet and discard. Remove the fuel line from the tank. Check for any pinches in the line. Clear the line. Remove the fuel tank and empty it. Make sure it's clean and dry. Remount the tank. Install hose and grommet. A little 2 Stoke oil on the grommet and line helps getting them in. Hook everything back up and try again.
Make sure that the hot wire going to the fuel solenoid is in good shape and the fuel solenoid is operating as designed.

3.Pulsed air hose from engine block to pump. THIS pulsed hose takes pressure and vacuum pulses from the engines cylinder/s to create a mechanical pumping action IN the pump. Poor hoses or leaks equates to no pulsing action resulting in NO FUEL PUMPING.

I think this is the issue. But it’s strong enough to visually see it on a paper towel. Fuel pump works on another mower but that pulse comes off the valve cover it looks like. So I’m not sure if it’s just weak or what.

From the feed tube to the filter I have good flow from the filter to the pump I have good flow with air just not getting past the pump.
 
When you put the pump on the other mower, which hoses are you using? Check the pulse hose connection to the engine. Remove the hose and make sure it's clear and not cracked.

100% correct.
The pulse hose could have a hole or crack in it. It could also not be fully seated in the valve cover.
 
Not sure how the pickup line goes into the tank -- but if there is a metal elbow that fits into the tank check the line INSIDE the tank. Sometimes the line will break or crack and not draw fuel properly. I came upon that issue may years ago where the line accually fell off the fitting.
 
Remove the gas line from the carb and put it in a container to catch the gas. If you can, remove the pickup from the tank, or disconnect the line at the top of the tank. Fill a small bottle 1\2 full of gas and submerse the line in it. Crank the engine and compare the output of the pump to before. Better, you have a problem getting the gas out of the tank. Same, you have a pump\pule line problem or the fuel line itself. Connect a short line from the bottle and to the fuel pump input. Try again. Better, plugged fuel line. Same, pump related.
 
I agree with checking the fuel out of the tank for cracks. I had one on a chainsaw. It ran fine with the tank full, but quit when teh tank was half down. The crack was below the half full line and it sucked air when exposed.
